"Dear Ken: This morning your service technician came by (on time) for a service call to check on a problem I was having with my dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Since the problem was actually the appliance, he was not able to fix it, but he did suggest that I call the appliance repair company. While he was here, I had him check the disposal drain pipe that had been leaking. He showed me what the problem was and told me how he would fix it. I then had him check a leaky bathtub faucet. He wrote up the total cost of the repairs, which I signed and approved. After he removed the old faucet stem, he told me that he had good news and the cost would be $50 less than he first quoted because of it needing s shorter stem. I was thrilled and thanked him for being honest. He could have easily not told me, and I wouldn’t have know known the difference. He looked at me and said, “Mrs H., I would have known the truth, and I wouldn’t have been able to sleep knowing that I had not been truthful with you.” Wow, a plumber with a conscience. How fantastic! Within 20 minutes, all the repairs were complete and working properly. I asked John for a business card, because you can most certainly count on me to refer your company to my friends and neighbors. Thank you for having a good business that does what it says and is honest. That means so much and is very much appreciated. God bless you."

"I woke up to a cold shower over the Memorial Day Weekend, and discovered my hot water heater was the villain. So, I placed a call to AHS Home Warranty, 1st claim in 5 years of paying premiums. They emailed information: AGS Installation would call during regular business hours to set up an appointment to diagnose and repair the problem. Did not receive a call. On Tuesday I called AGS several times to schedule an appointment. I live in Greenville and commute to Spartanburg for work. They scheduled an appointment for Tuesday with a window from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute call-in-advance before arriving. No call by 4:30 pm. I called AGS again and was given 5:45 pm. They did not arrive until 6:30 pm. They diagnosed the problem: 15 year old hot water heater needed replacement, install PRV Valve w/small expansion tank. Left at 7:00 pm to call back with estimate, and what home warranty would not cover. What a Nightmare! I called several plumbers seeking help. One call to Ken Flournoy owner of Ken's Plumbing on Wednesday pm and help was on the way. A highly skilled, knowledgeable technician arrived ahead of me and had already diagnosed the problem: a new water heater and they already had the parts ready to begin the project with my approval. Ken's Plumbing went to work, efficiently installed new water heater, pressure relief valve, expansion tank, replaced leaky outdoor faucet and fixed leak at clothes washer. All of this with a six year warranty. Plus the technician is helping with a call to AHS Home Warranty for recouping my costs. Nightmare over, thanks to Ken's Plumbing. Highly Recommend. 5 Stars!!!!!
